Seafood Palooza

My family and I recently returned from a beach trip in Hilton Head, SC. Since it wasn’t our normal vacation spot, we didn’t abide by our typical beach eating schedule. We had a couple of fabulous meals out at Hudson’s on the Docks and Red Fish but spent most nights cooking up fresh seafood for ourselves.

Take a look at the smorgasbord of seafood we consumed in only a few short days. All of our fish and shellfish came from Barnacle Bill’s Fresh Seafood Market. Not only was it fresh and delicious, but “Barnacle Bill” was so nice and gave us great cooking advice. The ingredients? Salt, pepper, butter, olive oil, garlic and lemon. On everything. The magic recipe? Sauté everything. Everything below sizzled on a big sauté pan with minimal spicing. The result? Perfection.
