Fried at Friedman’s (Part II)

I want to take this time to continue venting about my love for Friedman’s Lunch. If you haven’t read about their godsend spinach dip, read it here.  If you have, I shall now unveil one of the two entrees ordered: buttermilk fried chicken and mac ‘n’ cheese.

Jess couldn’t resist ordering this magical, Southern dish that ended up tasting twice as better as it looks. Friedman’s didn’t try to make the mac ‘n’ cheese over-the-top with a crazy combination of specialty cheeses from France. Instead, they stuck to the original recipe of cheddar. It was altogether a cheesy, fried paradise on a plate. A meal that Jess highly recommends to all other greasy food lovers out there.
